Business Jet at Dallas Love Field has received the inaugural Phillips 66 Aviation Safe Sky Award in recognition of its commitment to fuel safety. Presented during the 2025 Schedulers & Dispatchers show in New Orleans, the award spotlights FBOs within the Phillips 66 branded network that demonstrate innovation and leadership in fuel handling practices.
Business Jet technicians undertake comprehensive training, including its own Solo Program and Fuel Panel Class, to simulate real-world fuelling conditions and emphasise aircraft-specific procedures. It also uses the NDX Fuel Quality Assurance Program to reduce error and enhance safety standards. In addition to internal practices, the company shares knowledge at industry safety forums nationwide.
Phillips 66 Aviation’s manager Sunny Lopez says: “We are proud to honour Business Jet as the inaugural recipient of our Safe Sky Award. Its dedication to fuel safety reflects the commitment we see across our network of Phillips 66 branded FBOs.”
