JSSI has hired Ryan Crawford as senior director of market intelligence. He is focused on advancing the Conklin & de Decker platform as well as further elevating market intelligence, a core strategic asset across JSSI's product portfolio.
Crawford brings more than 20 years of experience as a technology leader, specialising in data-driven solutions, cloud infrastructure and scalable technology innovations. Prior to joining JSSI, he spent nearly a decade at SolJets brokerage firm where he created SolData, a proprietary market intelligence platform that transformed the sales approach by providing deep market insights to clients and prospects, leveraging real-time analytics and data.
Before his career in aviation, he spent 13 years in the architecture sector, developing custom applications to benchmark design solutions utilising cloud infrastructure. His expertise in technology-driven frameworks helped firms optimise workflows, enhance collaboration and improve project outcomes at scale.
“Ryan has been a tremendous addition to our team. His expertise and leadership are a great match for JSSI as we continue to invest in data and best-in-class solutions to the industry,” says David Caporali, SVP of Conklin & de Decker and strategy.
JSSI has also added to its sales team with the hire of Patrick O'Connell, who will be joining the company as director of business development for the Western US, focusing on JSSI's hourly cost maintenance programmes offering.
O'Connell brings nearly 20 years of experience in aviation, a career which started as demonstration pilot for the Beechcraft Corporation in the early 2000s. He later grew with the organisation and transitioned into an aircraft sales role where he ultimately served as a regional sales director for Textron Aviation: covering Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Alaska.
“As we grow our market share in North America, bringing on top talent with a strong track record is integral to our success. Patrick's experience from an aircraft sales perspective, his relationships in the region and his deep knowledge of our industry is a huge asset to our organisation,” comments Sean McGeough, EVP of business development, North America.
