Four Rivers Aviation became an Avfuel-branded FBO on 1 February following its takeover of Midwest Aviation at Barkley Regional Airport in West Paducah, Kentucky. Airport Management Solutions (AMS), operating under its third Avfuel FBO and fifth location overall, will provide the only full-service facility on the airfield.

The FBO offers GPS, ILS and PAPI approaches along with full line services and ground handling for aircraft from light types to corporate jets. Situated near Nashville and St. Louis, its central location in western Kentucky also appeals to leisure and military traffic.
