DC appoints Pearce to strengthen maintenance division
Andrew Pearce brought extensive industry experience to drive growth in maintenance, MRO services and technical inspections across Germany and the UAE
Andrew Pearce’s appointment aligns with DC Aviation Group’s long-term vision to enhance its maintenance and MRO services.

DC Aviation Group has appointed Andrew Pearce as group maintenance sales consultant. With a career spanning airliner and business jet operations, aircraft sales, acquisitions, management and maintenance, he will support the expansion of maintenance and MRO services.

At DC Aviation Group, Pearce will focus on business growth and broadening technical services, including line and base maintenance at its facilities in Germany and the UAE. His role also covers technical inspection, pre-purchase inspection (PPI) and consultancy for new and pre-owned aircraft.

Holger Ostheimer, managing director of DC Aviation Al-Futtaim, says: “We are delighted to welcome Andrew to DC Aviation Group. His extensive experience across all facets of the aviation industry, from flight operations and aircraft sales to maintenance and MRO services, makes him an invaluable asset to our team.”

Pearce, who started his career in flight operations, has worked with multiple aviation companies managing projects involving aircraft sales, completions, interior upgrades and heavy maintenance checks.
