Falcon Technic signs MoU with Royal Jordanian Air Academy
Students and fresh graduates from the Royal Jordanian Air Academy will be offered maintenance engineering internships at the business jet MRO’s Dubai World Central facility.
Halim Sahin, General Manager of Falcon Technic, and Eng. Mohannad Alfaqir, General Manager of Royal Jordanian Air Academy, shake hands.

Falcon Technic, part of Alex Group Investment, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Royal Jordanian Air Academy (RJAA) to help develop the next generation of aviation professionals.

Under the partnership, students and fresh graduates interested in becoming aircraft maintenance engineers will be offered internship opportunities with the UAE business jet MRO.

Participants will gain real hands-on experience and work alongside experienced aviation professionals at Falcon Technic’s Al Maktoum International Airport facility at Dubai World Central (DWC), giving them a better understanding of the day-to-day requirements of the industry. The programme will also help connect academic learning with practical experience and may open the door to future career opportunities for strong-performing candidates.

Sultan Rashit Shene, founder and chairman of Alex Group Investment, says: “Our partnership with the Royal Jordanian Air Academy is about supporting young talent and helping them build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in this industry.”

The agreement brings together RJAA’s educational experience and Falcon Technic’s technical and operational expertise, with both organisations aiming to prepare young aviation professionals for successful careers in the industry.
