Fenn heads North America private jets at ACS
The Air Charter Service veteran will oversee private jet operations across multiple offices in the region, focusing on recruitment, operator partnerships and enhancing the customer experience.
Joel Fenn previously led ACS private jet teams in London and Hong Kong before establishing the Miami office.

Air Charter Service (ACS) has promoted Joel Fenn to North America private jets director, placing him in charge of private jet operations across the region’s offices.

ACS Americas president Richard Thompson says, “North America is the largest private jet market in the world, as well as being ACS's largest region in terms of the number of offices, making it of significant strategic importance to us. Joel has worked with private jets since he joined the company 20 years ago in our London headquarters, where he rose to the position of director of private jets, before taking on the same role in Hong Kong. After leaving Hong Kong, he opened our Miami office and built the team to what it is today.”

Fenn himself adds, “I can't wait to get started working alongside the fantastic people that we have here across our North American offices and visiting all our ever-growing private jets teams across the continent. The aim for me is to continue our push in recruiting the next generation of aviation consultants, as well as nurturing our relationships with our operator partners and ensuring the best possible experience for our customers across charter and jet card.”
