Keyvan and EFB introduce navigation solutions for pilots
A flexible subscription model will provide global navigation data, real-time weather and tailored trip kits for pilots operating ad hoc flights.
Mehmet Keyvan, CEO of Keyvan Aviation, in partnership with Klaus Olsen, CEO of EFB Admin Services.

Keyvan Aviation has partnered with EFB Admin Services to provide cost-effective, customisable navigation solutions for private and freelance pilots. The service will simplify operations for pilots conducting technical transfer flights and other ad hoc missions, addressing challenges such as high costs and limited access to essential tools.

The subscription-based model will provide worldwide navigation data, including airport details, airways, navaids and FIR boundaries, presented in an interactive digital format. Pilots will also have access to real-time weather updates and tailored trip kits featuring flight procedure charts, NOTAM updates and weather data delivered within 24 hours.

As part of the initiative, the EFB+ iOS app will integrate a comprehensive aeronautical navigation database, offering NOTAMs, METARs and TAFs to enhance safety and efficiency. Pilots can choose between annual subscriptions or pay-per-trip options to suit their operational needs.

“Understanding the unique challenges of aviation professionals, we aim to find solutions for private and freelance pilots who often face high costs and limited accessibility to essential tools,” says Mehmet Keyvan, CEO of Keyvan Aviation.

Klaus Olsen, CEO of EFB Admin Services, adds: “We were pleasantly surprised by the sophistication and quality of Keyvan’s tools, as well as its deep understanding of aviation challenges. Its commitment to innovation and excellence aligns perfectly with our philosophy of delivering tailored, impactful solutions to our clients.”

Beyond pilots, the partnership also extends EFB admin services, offering users streamlined digital solutions alongside advanced navigation tools.
