Cutter promotes Campbell to VP of FBO operations
With over 25 years at Cutter, Richard P. Campbell Jr. will lead FBO services across six locations in four states, driving growth and operational excellence.
Campbell joined Cutter Aviation in 1998 and has over 25 years of experience with the company.

Cutter Aviation has promoted Richard P. Campbell Jr. to vice president of FBO operations. Since joining the company in 1998, Campbell has advanced through roles including customer service representative, line service technician and regional manager of line services at Phoenix Sky Harbor.

In his new position, he will oversee fixed base operator services at Cutter's six locations in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Texas, collaborating with general managers and the executive team to drive network expansion.

Cutter's President and CEO, Will Cutter, says: “Richard is more than deserving of this new title. His loyalty, leadership and expertise have been invaluable to the growth of our FBO services.”
