Phenix Jet Cayman (Hong Kong) sets Global speed records
Flying from Los Angeles to Tokyo in 10 hours and 28 minutes, and from Newark to London in five hours and 45 minutes are two of the 32 world speed records Phenix Jet Cayman achieved with its Global 7500 in 2024.

Asia Pacific business jet management and charter operator Phenix Jet Cayman (Hong Kong) achieved remarkable success in 2024 by setting 32 world speed records with its Bombardier Global 7500 aircraft across major cities such as New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Paris, London and Delhi. The records not only highlight the advanced capabilities of the aircraft but also reflect the operational excellence of Phenix Jet Cayman’s committed team, and include:

- Los Angeles to Tokyo in 10 hours and 28 minutes;

- Newark to London in five hours and 45 minutes.

CEO Andrew Svoboda says: “We are excited to announce these 32 new world speed records as they reflect our commitment to excellence and the capabilities of our flight programme. We are thrilled with the records we have set on the Global 7500 and can’t wait to set even more impressive records on the Global 8000 when Bombardier commences delivery of this impressive new type.”
