Robinson partners Rotorcorp to enhance parts and service
An agreement between the companies sees Rotorcorp shift from parts seller to field service representative, strengthening Robinson's existing authorised service centres.

Robinson Helicopter Company has signed an agreement with Rotorcorp Services, under which Rotorcorp will help implement a range of initiatives aimed at improving parts sales and aftermarket services for Robinson’s global customer base.

Rotorcorp will shift from being a parts seller to a field service representative, focusing on Robinson's network of authorised service centres. This move will provide customers with better access to parts and services, reduced lead times and local support. Customers are advised to contact their local service centre for future orders.

“This collaboration will allow us to further ensure aircraft safety, speed of parts delivery and overall customer service to support our global operators," says David Smith, president and CEO of Robinson. “Rotorcorp has been a key partner over the last decade and will serve as a critical part of our network.”

“We remain committed to fulfilling all outstanding orders placed with Rotorcorp in 2023 and 2024,” adds Sean Casey, CEO of Rotorcorp. “The existing Rotorcorp team will continue to manage these past orders and provide updates until delivery is complete ensuring the customer stays operational.”
