The Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) has appointed Ron Brower as its new legal counsel. With over 28 years of history in the aviation sector, Brower is the founder of RBAvLaw and brings extensive expertise in aviation business startups, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, risk management and safety. His history in the sector spans various clients and organisations globally.

Brower has previously held senior legal and advisory roles at prominent aviation firms including Executive Jet Management, FlyExclusive, NetJets, Northwest Airlines and Wheels Up. He has leadership experience in aviation law, serving clients such as aircraft owners, charter air carriers and both scheduled passenger and cargo airlines.

Bryan Burns, president and CEO of ACSF, says: "Ron is an experienced aviation attorney and businessman who brings a wealth of knowledge to ACSF. His previous roles as chief legal officer, corporate secretary, general counsel and risk manager for industry leaders make him an invaluable resource for our organisation. We are confident that his guidance will support our ongoing mission to enhance safety and compliance standards within the air charter and aviation community."

As a long-standing member of ACSF's board of governors, Brower is familiar with the Foundation's objectives. He will offer his legal services at special rates to benefit ACSF members, increasing the resources available to member companies.
