Haven MRO acquires PJM in Buffalo, NY
The integration of PJM into Haven MRO will bring together a wealth of maintenance expertise and resources, benefiting clients and stakeholders alike.
Being part of Haven MRO will allow PJM to leverage additional resources and expertise.

Haven MRO has acquired Private Jet Maintenance (PJM), A Part 145 repair station based in Buffalo, New York.

Haven ASG was established to consolidate the leadership and operations of several aviation-focused entities, including Haven Aero, Haven MRO (formerly known as Flight Mechanix) and the soon to be launched Haven FBO. By creating a centralised executive team, Haven ASG maximises leadership efficiency and reduces overhead expenses across its divisions.

The integration of PJM into Haven MRO will bring together a wealth of expertise and resources, benefiting clients and stakeholders alike.
