New leadership team is promoted at Baldwin Safety & Compliance
Don and Nancy Baldwin's legacy of innovation and commitment to safety has shaped the company and industry profoundly. Following their retirement, their roles will be taken on by Dr Jason Starke and Lynn Moore.

Baldwin Safety & Compliance, a Portside company, has appointed a new leadership team following the retirement of founders Don and Nancy Baldwin at the end of May 2024.

Dr Jason Starke, who brings with him a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to advancing safety in the industry, will be filling the role of vice president of operations. Joining him is Lynn Moore, newly appointed vice president of business development. Dr Starke says: "Our founder's legacy of innovation and commitment to safety has shaped our company and industry profoundly. We will strive to honour their legacy by continuing to innovate, educate and advocate for excellence in safety management, ensuring a lasting impact for years to come."

Portside, an innovator in technology and software solutions for business and government aviation, acquired Baldwin last October. CEO Alek Vernitsky adds: "Both Jason and Lynn have demonstrated great leadership and dedication to the Baldwin company and we are excited to see them thrive in their new positions. Their promotions are a testament to our commitment to continuity and growth. In addition, I want to express our deep gratitude to Don and Nancy for their vision for the company more than 20 years ago, and their decades of hard work to build Baldwin Safety & Compliance into the industry leader it is today. We wish them all the best in their retirement."
