Baldwin Safety & Compliance, a Portside company, has appointed a new leadership team following the retirement of founders Don and Nancy Baldwin at the end of May 2024.

Dr Jason Starke, who brings with him a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to advancing safety in the industry, will be filling the role of vice president of operations. Joining him is Lynn Moore, newly appointed vice president of business development. Dr Starke says: "Our founder's legacy of innovation and commitment to safety has shaped our company and industry profoundly. We will strive to honour their legacy by continuing to innovate, educate and advocate for excellence in safety management, ensuring a lasting impact for years to come."

Portside, an innovator in technology and software solutions for business and government aviation, acquired Baldwin last October. CEO Alek Vernitsky adds: "Both Jason and Lynn have demonstrated great leadership and dedication to the Baldwin company and we are excited to see them thrive in their new positions.
