Blackhawk Aerospace marks 25th anniversary with leadership promotions
After 18 years with the company, Edwin Black has stepped into the role of president. Jim Allmon will continue as CEO and Bobby Patton is promoted to vice president of global sales.

Blackhawk Aerospace is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and has made key leadership promotions to ensure continued success and innovation over the next chapter of its history.

After 18 years with the company, Edwin Black has stepped into the role of president. He brings decades of aviation knowledge and expertise to the forefront of the company's operations. Jim Allmon will proudly continue his leadership as CEO, guiding the strategic vision. Additionally, Bobby Patton is promoted to vice president of global sales after 15 years at the company, positioning it for expanded global reach and influence.

Allmon, one of Blackhawk's founding partners, says: "Blackhawk's 25th anniversary is a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence in the aviation industry. With Edwin Black at the helm as president and Bobby Patton driving global sales as VP, we are poised for even greater success in the next phase of our journey. Founded in 1999, Blackhawk Aerospace has cemented its status as the leading provider of performance upgrades for turboprop aircraft, serving both commercial and government market sectors. Through dedication to innovation and customer service, Blackhawk has developed or acquired over 30 STCs, enabling significant performance enhancements across a range of aircraft.
