MD Helicopters expands ASC and parts retailer network
With a wealth of MDH service experience and knowledge, Clemens Aviation and Seaside Helicopters increase support options and reduce service response times for MDH customers.
Many Seaside customers are working on time-critical jobs in challenging environments, and the team's partnership with MDH will help ensure they are supported when they need it most.

MD Helicopters has made two additions to its growing global network of MDH service providers. Clemens Aviation of Wichita, Kansas is now an MDH authorised service centre (ASC), and Seaside Helicopters of Mesa, Arizona has become an MDH authorised spare parts retailer.

"We made a commitment to our customers to reduce response times by increasing and expanding the geographical location of our MDH service providers," says president and CEO Brad Pedersen. "As we continue to deliver on that promise, we are thrilled to welcome these two extremely reputable companies with proven track records of superior service to our network."

Clemens Aviation focuses on aircraft service, sales, support and management, including for its own fleet of MD 500E and 530F model helicopters. As an MDH ASC, the company is extending its helicopter operations expertise into a niche category that provides numerous benefits for customers, and will specialise in E-to-F conversions, being one of only four ASCs currently performing this upgrade. Additionally, Clemens has developed an innovative cockpit panel upgrade, set to receive an STC for broader market availability.

"As a longtime supporter of MD Helicopters, we're excited to extend our partnership and offer the standard of service and innovation associated with MDH aircraft," says owner Dwayne Clemens. "Establishing our business as an MDH authorised service centre is a natural progression of our dedication to quality service, and the added capability of offering E-to-F conversions allows us to extend the benefits and convenience to our customers."

With more than 30 years of experience serving the MDH community, Seaside Helicopters' expansive customer base includes several large law enforcement agencies that require fast, reliable service for mission success, the Pasadena and Mesa police departments among them.

"We're thrilled about what this partnership means for our customers," says owner Ashley D'Attilio. "Many of then are working on time-critical jobs in challenging environments. We know how important getting the required parts on time is and our partnership with MDH helps us ensure our customers are supported when they need it most."
