AeroVisto Group is restructuring its management level due to continuous growth and to strengthen the foundation for further positive developments. Starting January 2024, Roger Hohl will join the management circle and take on the role of COO. He will complement the existing leadership team which includes Hermann Bauer, now serving as chief visionary officer and focusing on the forward-thinking strategic direction and sustainable growth of the group, and Carsten Matthiesen who, as chief customer officer, will further enhance customer satisfaction.

Bringing extensive experience from his aviation career, Hohl has served for the past seven years as the managing director of international aviation supplier ACM Aerospace. Previously he played a pivotal role for over 13 years in building the regional airline InterSky, holding various C-level positions (CMO, CCO and CEO), becoming the world's youngest airline CEO in 2015/2016. For over 17 years he has also been a publicist and executive editor for the international online magazine Luxvisor, regularly reporting on high-end travel.

Over the past years, AeroVisto Group has established itself as a significant player in the private jet sector for VIP aircraft cabins and component overhauls in Europe. With locations in Nuremberg in Germany, and St Gallen and Zurich airport in Switzerland, the company serves aviation customers well beyond the European region, demonstrating its ability to meet the demands of a changing market.

The structure of the newly established management circle focuses on the three main pillars of the company's DNA:

- Highest customer satisfaction

- Efficient and agile operational processes

- Strategic, forward-thinking development and sustainable growth

The AeroVisto Group has set ambitious goals for the coming years. In addition to doubling the revenue from 12 million CHF in 2023 to 24 million CHF in 2030, the company plans to strengthen its presence in North America next year to better serve its clients in that region. Simultaneously, it will expand its service offerings for commercial aviation in Europe. To achieve these expansive goals, the group plans further collaborations, mergers and acquisitions to solidify and accelerate its positive development.
