Jet Aviation's Staffing Marketplace is now available for operators. The online jobs portal provides a digital platform for matching prospective employees and hiring teams with open roles in the aviation industry.

Jet Aviation collaborated with technology company Portside to develop the web-based and mobile application, that is designed to streamline the process of matching aviation professionals with posted job openings. The portal launched for candidates earlier this year and is now available for business aviation companies and operators searching for candidates for open contract, hourly and direct hire positions.

This next phase opens the tool up to business aviation operators, who now have access to a digitised talent pool that is automatically refined according to their requirements, allowing them to effortlessly and efficiently match the right person to the right role.”

Jet Aviation Staffing Marketplace brings all aspects of the recruitment process into one centralised digital platform, including application review, tracking, contract and payroll. Additional payroll support is available through a partnership with Papaya, a global payroll solutions specialist.
