Elevate Jet adds four to leadership team
Elevate Jet has named Tom Chapman as regional VP of managed aircraft sales, Perry Breitenstein as director of operations, Mitchell Robson as director of maintenance and Jamie Condo as director of client services.

Tom Chapman has joined Elevate Jet as regional vice president of managed aircraft sales. Elevate Jet, recently rebranded from Keystone Aviation, has been a premier aviation solution provider for over three decades, delivering individualised aircraft management, sales and acquisitions, and maintenance services for aircraft owners and flyers.

Chapman has 30 years of aviation experience as a key relationship builder with high net worth and C-level clients. He will partner with Peter Kiernan, VP of managed aircraft sales, to serve managed clients throughout the western US.

"I’m thrilled to be joining the Elevate Jet team during an exciting period of strategic growth. My primary goal as VP of managed aircraft sales is to grow and expand our fleet of managed aircraft," says Chapman, who previously served as EVP at Volato, COO at Aerospace Instrument Support and SVP of corporate aircraft at C&L Aviation Group.

"Tom's career as a revenue and relationship-driven leader in the aviation industry supports our commitment to hands on service that prioritises client success," says COO David Allen. "His proven skills and notable accomplishments of producing $1 billion in aviation sales and services strengthen our continued growth strategy for the Elevate Jet managed fleet."

Chapman studied aviation administration at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. He holds an FAA pilot's licence and formerly served as a board chairman for an international aviation medical relief organisation.

Perry Breitenstein becomes director of operations. He has spent over three decades in Part 91 operations and Part 135 charter, making him highly qualified to oversee the regulatory requirements and crew logistics that ensure the safe and efficient operation of the managed fleet of aircraft. He also has over 15,000 flight hours.

"I am thrilled to have Perry on the team. His extensive experience as both a pilot and in flight operations allows him to provide the level of world-class service that sets Elevate Jet apart," says Allen. "The integration of experience and proven logistical accomplishments aligns with our steadfast commitment to provide clients with safe and efficient operations."

"Joining Elevate Jet is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of aviation professionals," says Breitenstein. "I look forward to working with passengers, pilots, technicians and owners to handle all the details of aircraft management to provide incredible experiences for all our clients."

Breitenstein is a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona. He has flown as an airline transport and commercial pilot, flight instructor and FAA first-class medical pilot.

Experienced A&P-certified aviation professional Mitchell Robson has been promoted to director of maintenance in Salt Lake City, Utah, having arrived at the company in 2022. Previously he served over two decades at Duncan Aviation managing Bombardier and Cessna Citation projects, as well as service in the US Navy and Air National Guard.

As director of maintenance, Robson will lead a team of professionals who maintain company aircraft with diligent adherence to set procedures and federal regulations. He will utilise his expertise to oversee airworthiness and safe operations to ensure aircraft are ready for dispatch.

"Mitchell's command of aviation maintenance aligns seamlessly with our commitment to preserving aircraft value and prioritising safety for our customers and teams," says Allen. "During his time as assistant to the director of maintenance, he proved his expertise in aircraft maintenance and leadership for the 119 positions he oversaw."

By coordinating with AOG maintenance support to minimise downtime and delays, Robson ensures all charter flights get clients where they need to be in a safe and timely manner.

"Mitchell's decades in the aviation industry and service in the Navy and Air Force highlight the level of command and insight that contribute to the exceptional levels of services offered at Elevate Jet," says president Randy McKinney.

As director of client services, Jamie Condo will manage and lead day-to-day operations within the charter sales and owner services teams.

Condo's experience in aviation began with her nine year service as an air traffic control specialist in the US Navy and progressed into more than 20 years in the private aviation industry. Condo's aircraft sourcing and client services skills align well with Elevate's track record of prioritising customised aircraft management solutions with operational insight.

"I am most excited about the chance to work with great people here," she says. "There is something so rewarding about being able to contribute and be a part of the growing success at Elevate Aviation Group."

Condo previously held the position of director of sports, media and entertainment at sister company Private Jet Services, where she managed complex itineraries, schedules and logistics for global touring artists, and aircraft sourcing for Part 121 trips. She has extensive executive aviation sales career specialising in FAA Part 135, Part 121 and Part 91 operations.

"Jamie demonstrates the level of expertise and comprehensive attention to detail that exemplifies Elevate's commitment to providing clients with full-service aviation solutions and remarkable experiences," says Allen. "Her ability to leverage her time in client services at PJS and expert knowledge of aircraft sourcing enables her to provide world-class, individualised solutions."

Condo graduated from Columbia Southern University with a BBA and is a member of Women In Aviation.
