NAC is now able to provide parts and services to all countries within the Sub-Equatorial Africa region exclusively, excluding Kenya. In a supply partnership agreement with UK-based Airpart Supply, NAC gains indirect access to Airpart's portfolio of direct relationships with leading manufacturers and OEMs globally, and will leverage its presence in the region to deliver the highest quality products to customers around the continent and beyond.

Airpart Supply is honoured and excited to partner with National Airways," says VP of sales Matt Buckle. "Sub-Equatorial Africa is a region that deserves the highest level of service coupled with the best-in-class products available. NAC's reputation mirrors our own, and working with it allows us to educate the benefits of using OEM products and ensures that they are readily available in the region.”

JP Fourie, NAC chief executive officer, adds: “We at NAC are delighted to be collaborating with Airpart Supply as its authorised distributor for Sub-Equatorial Africa (Kenya excluded). This will provide our varied customer base with direct access to a huge range of OEM parts, improved market penetration and strong cost efficiency. NAC has considered many distributors partners, and we are confident that Airpart's extensive selection and representation of OEM brands and parts will help NAC leverage its position in the African aviation market. Our synergies are dynamic, and our market efficiencies will increase dramatically from which our customers stand to benefit.”

The two companies will be working together over the next few months to evaluate customer requirements and build a suitable stock holding to support the region.

NAC offers a comprehensive range of aviation products and services to the aircraft and helicopter markets, including new and pre-owned sales, maintenance, parts, charter, international operations, air ambulance services, aircraft leasing, helicopter pilot and technical training. It is based at Lanseria International airport in Johannesburg and operates a South African network of offices at Rand airport and the Ultimate Heliport in Johannesburg, the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town and Virginia airport in Durban.
