Switzerland-headquartered operator Global Jet has added a Bombardier Global Express XRS to its charter fleet.

“This Bombardier Global Express XRS, based in Nice, is a valuable asset for Global Jet," says Nils Lovag, charter sales manager of the Monaco office. "Nice is a major business and leisure destination in the French Riviera, attracting a significant number of high profile individuals and corporate entities. By having the aircraft based here, we can readily serve our clients in the region and take advantage of the numerous business opportunities it offers.”

The aircraft was refurbished in November 2020. Its interior comfortably accommodates 14 passengers with a sleeping arrangement of two single beds, two double beds and a short single bed.

Passengers can access the onboard entertainment system using four iPads. The aircraft also features a cabin management system, Rockwell Collins Venue with WLAN USB-A and USB-C charger points as part of its audio/video distribution system (AVDS). Wi-fi powered by Ka-band Jetwave high-speed internet is also available.
