Goetz joins Hawthorne as CEO
Executive leadership changes are taking place at Hawthorne Global Aviation Services. Tyson Goetz joins as CEO and he is bringing together an experienced top tier to support the core team.

US-based FBO network Hawthorne Global Aviation Services has appointed Tyson Goetz as chief executive officer. Goetz has significant executive leadership experience in general aviation and most recently served as co-founder and president for Lynx FBO Network, where he led a team that developed a strong reputation for customer service, safety, employee development, quality and community. Previously he has held executive leadership positions at US FBO chains Landmark Aviation and Atlantic Aviation.

“I am excited to be a part of Hawthorne's rapidly growing platform,” says Goetz. “We are assembling world class leadership to complement and support a very talented core team. Together, we will create a fulfilling and inviting team member environment and a world class service experience for the company's customers.”

The company has also recently made considerable investments in other executive leadership team members, including:

- CFO Lance Allen, a financial services executive who began his career at Deloitte and has a track record of partnering with operations to create value. Prior to Hawthorne, Allen was CFO for Ross Aviation and was integral in the post-close integration of Atlantic Aviation and Ross.

- Chief human resources office Leslie McIntyre, a culture champion focused on improving the employee experience and creating working environments that result in improved safety and outstanding customer satisfaction. McIntyre has substantial executive HR leadership experience, most recently at Lynx FBO Network and Landmark Aviation.

- EVP, business development Joe Hansen, a talented business development executive with expertise in working collaboratively with community leaders creating successful public-private partnerships. Hansen also has considerable experience building and leading highly successful operations teams, most recently at Sacramento Jet Center.
