Diamond scores sales success at Avalon show
Diamond Aircraft and sales partner Utility Air saw great sales success at the Australian International Airshow 2023. A highlight was the signing of an eleventh DA62 for Australia.
Utility Air director John Oppenheim hands over the keys to a proud new DA62 customer.

Diamond Aircraft has reported great sales success at the Australian International Airshow 2023 at Avalon airport near Melbourne. An order for the 11th DA62 order from sales partner Utility Air was signed and cements the DA62 as Australia's favourite high performance piston twin.

“We're overwhelmed by the level of interest in the DA62 and its single engine counterpart, the DA50 RG,” says Utility Air director John Oppenheim. “The level of sales we've achieved in the past 12 months is a credit not only to the superb aircraft, but also to the best-in-class service and support we can provide our customers.”

Additionally, a purchase agreement with Flight Training Adelaide (FTA) for two DA40XLTs was signed and the first DA40 XLT aircraft was delivered to Enzo Flying School.

Head of sales of Diamond Aircraft Canada Trevor Mustard adds: “It's always a pleasure to personally meet new and existing members of our Diamond Aircraft family and to work with our partner Utility Air. We wish our buyers great success and good times with their new aircraft.”
