MD Sehne brings cabin passion to CAS
Jürgen Sehne will take over the management of a well-organised company with a high-performing team. From the very start he can focus on leveraging existing potential to ensure development as part of AeroVisto.
Managing director Jürgen Sehne.

Switzerland-based interiors specialist AeroVisto Group is pleased to introduce Jürgen Sehne as the managing director of Complete Aircraft Services (CAS). He will assume the role at the same time as the Schnaittach, Germany-based company starts operations as part of the AeroVisto Group on 1 January, 2023.

After studying aerospace and industrial engineering in the 1990s, Sehne worked for several well-known aviation companies such as Dornier, Airbus, Lufthansa, Condor and SWISS. During this time he gained a great deal of experience in various areas of the industry from aircraft development, engineering and controlling to operational planning and production management. In various management positions over the past 25 years he has built, led and developed several teams and has profound knowledge of both commercial aviation and private and business aviation.

Sehne's fascination with aircraft cabins began back in the early 2000s. He realised that an aircraft cabin is not only a highly technical construct, but also a showroom, the most important interface between an aviation company and its customers. He knows both sides of interior refurbishment very well, from the perspective of a customer as well as that of a service provider. This is another reason why he believes customer-oriented solutions, the highest level of quality, reliability and adherence to deadlines, as well as a transparent and proactive feedback culture, as absolute musts in order to be able to meet the expectations and needs of the market.

Both CAS founder Siegi Rauch and the management of AeroVisto Interior Services will actively support Sehne in the role. The goal is to make the optimum use of the strengths of two companies that already share the same values; innovative solutions, quality, delivery reliability and a sustainable corporate culture.

The acquisition of CAS is a step in the development of the AeroVisto Group, which Hermann Bauer and Carsten Matthiesen started in 2014 with the takeover of AeroVisto, then named Maritime Aerospace, in Staad/St Gallen, Switzerland. Since then, the company has expanded and developed its refurbishment and retrofit projects in the business and private aviation market.
