Sparfell Luftfahrt, the Austrian entity of Switzerland-headquartered business jet operator Sparfell, has finally moved its offices to the general aviation terminal at Vienna International airport. This brings the international aviation company closer to its customers and is an important step toward its expansion in Austria.

The general aviation terminal at Vienna is an independent and exclusive departure building on the western side of the airport grounds and is available for private flights and VIP services. With Sparfell moving in, the office space in the general aviation terminal is now fully utilised.

“Sparfell is an important player with significant growth potential in the general aviation market, and we are therefore very pleased with the decision to operate the Austrian headquarters directly at our location,” say Vienna Aircraft Handling managing directors Michael Zach and Christoph Schmidt. “Vienna airport offers high service quality and office space in an exclusive ambience in the general aviation terminal.”

Part of Sparfell Aviation Group, the offices have undergone a renovation prior to the move to create an on-brand and welcoming environment for clients and employees alike. Moreover, the larger offices accommodate recent and projected growth in terms of aircraft under management, activity levels and employees.

Special thought goes into the address of the office location at Niki Lauda Allee 1. Lauda played a major role in the heritage of Sparfell; he founded charter operator LaudaMotion Executive, which was acquired by Sparfell in 2019 and rebranded as Sparfell the following year.
