Integrity Flight Support (IFS) has signed a multi-year agreement for the rights to the provision of jet fuel and fixed base operator (FBO) services at the Pitt Meadows Regional airport (YPK) near Vancouver in Canada.

“We are grateful to the Pitt Meadows Airport Society for entrusting Integrity Flight Support to be the jet fuel provider for the airport and for supporting our efforts to establish a new FBO in the fantastic new terminal,” says IFS president Geoff Bowering. “YPK is 'new and improved' and an exciting place to be. We believe a significant opportunity exists to market it as the preferred general aviation gateway to Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, particularly as we launch our FBO operations over the coming months.”

Integrity Flight Support is establishing a full service FBO in the main airport terminal. In addition to enhanced, full service fuel provision, services will include ramp handling, passenger and crew lounge, concierge services, office and meeting rentals, aircraft parts distribution and private aircraft management. Though fuel services are focused on the turbine market, the suite of services is designed to accommodate and serve the full breadth of the general aviation community.

Parts distribution is already in full swing. With a full inventory of consumables from tyres and tubes to batteries, starters, oils and filters, fasteners and more, Integrity has been serving local AMOs and flight schools from a temporary facility on the south side of YPK since early this year.
