Veteran engineer and Falcon pilot Pauline Annen now leads the Dassault Falcon Jet support team responsible for assisting pilots and flight departments in the Americas with the safe and successful operation of their Falcon aircraft.

The team of engineers and pilots has extensive experience on all Falcon models and is entrusted in particular with helping flight departments place their new aircraft into service.

"Pauline is well known to our operators and highly respected for her extensive knowledge and experience and the enthusiasm she brings to helping them get the most out of their Falcon aircraft," says Dassault Aviation VP of pilot operation support Frederic Leboeuf.

Annen moves up from manager, pilot technical support, a role she had held since 2019. She joined Dassault Falcon Jet in 2014 as a structural repair project manager and engineering liaison and subsequently worked as a pilot operational support representative.

Annen has type ratings on the Falcon 2000EX EASy and Falcon 7X. She has also flown the Falcon 2000S and 2000LXS, Beechcraft King Air and Cessna Conquest in corporate operations.

Before joining Dassault Falcon Jet, she was a structural analysis engineer at Boeing. During those years, she kept her hand in flying as a weekend jump pilot, flying skydivers in a Cessna 182.

Annen has a MSc in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland and a BSc from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She is bilingual in French and English.
