Key appointments give TES scope to evolve
Two appointments will help solidify the two key functions of operations and sales for TES' specialised engine and APU services, and will help manage the next phase of its strategic plans.

Fort Worth, Texas-headquartered provider of specialised MRO support on business jet engines and APUs for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance Turbine Engine Specialists (TES) has appointed Paul Goffredi as VP and GM of operations and Dave Rassett as VP, sales, effective immediately.

In his role at TES, Goffredi will continue to evolve operations with particular focus on engine and APU maintenance that will be performed at the company's Meacham Field facility and its new 35,000 sq ft location in Fort Worth, and by its renowned field services provided by a team of remote technicians strategically located throughout the US. He will also oversee the many organic and inorganic growth opportunities that have been identified.

He has a distinguished record of past success in business aviation, with comprehensive knowledge and experience on engines and APUs. His resume includes his tenure at VSE Aviation as president and COO, and several senior positions held at TES parent company Killick Aerospace Group, Dallas Airmotive, StandardAero and Aviall. He joins at an opportune time with business aviation experiencing increased popularity and customer demand, and with his industry and operations knowledge he will help position the company to execute on an increasing level of output.

Goffredi says: “I am honoured and thrilled to join the TES leadership team. Growth has been impressive over the past two years, and we will continue along that trajectory as we further refine our operational excellence to meet the increased demand of our valued customers and OEM partners.”

Rassett will be leading the sales team in the next phase of the company's transformation. He skillfully managed TES operations over the last four years through a period of unprecedented expansion, and the company is excited to see him applying the same rigour and discipline as the leader of sales. These appointments help solidify the two key functions of operations and sales as it provides specialised services in the competitive engine and APU market segments.

Rassett says: “I am proud of the transformation that TES has made in the last few years; we are a very different company today. I am very excited about getting back in sales, reconnecting with customers on a different level and leading the team on the next phase of our growth journey. Despite significant growth over the past few years, I do feel that the best years are still ahead of us.”

Killick Aerospace Group COO Bill Molloy adds: “TES is an extraordinary business focused solely on engine and APU maintenance services. To help manage the next phase of its strategic plans it was essential to strengthen the leadership team, and with the appointments of Paul and Dave in these key leadership positions, I am confident that we will successfully execute on our strategic roadmap. These are indeed exciting times for TES.”
