Avionics experts Millennium expand in Missouri
Larger premises allow Millennium to accommodate not only a growing customer base but also new value-added repairs. It has seen many interfacility expansions over the years but is still located in Lee's Summit, Missouri.

Millennium International Avionics, an FAA and EASA approved Part 145 repair station specialising in the repair and support of avionics systems, has moved its main headquarters to a larger facility to accommodate its growing customer base along with new value-added repairs including CRT to LCD conversions and engineering solutions for obsolete LCD products for cockpit use.

The new building, still centrally located in Lee's Summit, Missouri, is a 14,000 sq ft facility, updated with anti-static floors, humidity and environmentally controlled with UV and HEPA filtration, and a Class 100 clean room providing the highest quality surroundings for the specialised equipment the company repairs. This is in addition to over 10,000 sq ft of warehouse space that has been retained following the transition to the new facility.

Millennium was in its previous location for over 20 years and is currently celebrating 24 years of innovative avionics support worldwide to over 1,500 customers, including midsized turbine to commercial air transport and military. Millennium has been awarded Boeing Gold Supplier status for nine consecutive years, while also receiving several engineering innovation awards for ongoing support in LCD interface solutions.

“We have had many interfacility expansions over the years and simply outgrew our existing space,” says senior vice president Claude Peoples. “We are excited to continue to deliver innovative and stellar service to our customers, while having the ability to bring on additional projects, staff and great work place environment improvements benefiting both the customers and our staff.”
