Joe Dalton has been promoted to vice president of security and operations by the National Air Transportation Association Compliance Services (NATACS). In this role he will continue to oversee NATACS's security operations and industry stakeholder outreach. He has long been instrumental in advancing training, outreach and stakeholder engagement for the company and has demonstrated effective leadership qualities.

“We are excited to have Joe join the NATACS executive team,” says chief operating officer Shirley Negri. “We're confident that in his expanded role, he'll continue to be integral to NATACS's mission, utilising his vast industry experience, keen knowledge of our customers and their needs, along his work with industry stakeholders.”

“It is a continued honour to be part of such a dynamic organisation,” adds Dalton. “And I look forward to taking on a key role as a member of the executive team.”

Dalton joined NATACS in January 2019 as director of security after serving as director, aviation security for NetJets and previously manager, security for NetJets International over the previous 17 years. He was promoted to senior director of security in June 2021, where he continued to head NATACS’ security initiatives but also directed the operations within the company.
