Five recognised by MDHI for service excellence
MD Helicopters (MDHI) has named the five winners of its 2021 Service Excellence Awards. They each receive a plaque and a generous parts and service credit.

MD Helicopters (MDHI) named the winners of its 2021 Service Excellence Awards during its authorised service centre briefing. The five awards are given to MD authorised service centres based on their performance and level of customer support throughout the previous year. Winners received a plaque and a generous parts and service credit with MDHI.

Camarillo, California-based Ro-Wing Aviation won Most Improved Year Over Year for most improved sales; Fillmore, California-based Rotorcraft Support won Outstanding Support During Covid-19 for its strong AOG support during a challenging time; British Columbia, Canada-based EM Heli-Logistics won Solution of the Year for its outstanding C-model support; Georgetown, Kentucky-based Thoroughbred Aviation Maintenance won Service Center of the Year for its recent service centre expansion; and Atlanta, Georgia-based Precision Aviation Group won Eagle Award for Outstanding Sales Performance for its strong revenue growth in 2021.

“MD authorised service centres and distributors are an extension of MD Helicopters, delivering the strong customer service experience we demand and our customers expect every day,” says vice president, aftermarket and customer support Nick Nenadovic. “It is an honour to recognise these five great companies, their organisations and their achievements; a small example of our global network who go above and beyond to keep our customers flying."
