Hillsboro Aviation joins an elite group of aviation MROs certified ISO9001 and AS9110. The company's customers expect extraordinary service, and these certifications make clear its commitment to that quality.
The QMS at Hillsboro Aviation exceeds FAA and EASA requirements.

Portland-Hillsboro airport, Oregon-based FBO Hillsboro Aviation has achieved ISO9001 and AS9110 certification. This achievement places the company in an elite group of global aviation maintenance repair and overhaul facilities operating quality management systems that exceed FAA and EASA requirements.

“It's not every day that you get to announce a certification as critical to the future of our company and the service of our customers as AS9110,” says vice president and COO Ryan McCartney. “We're honoured to join the ranks of a select network of AS9110-certified businesses who put the customer at the root of everything they do. It's how we've grown our company since 1980, and it's how we will continue serving our customers over the next 40 years. Our customers expect nothing short of extraordinary service, quality and relationships built on mutual trust and respect, and AS9110 makes our commitment to that promise official.”

AS9110 is the international standard for aviation quality management, developed by aerospace professionals to meet the specific requirements of aerospace maintenance organisations. AS9110 incorporates ISO9001, the international standard for quality management, specifying additional aviation and defence maintenance repair and overhaul industry requirements. ISO9001/AS9110-certified businesses demonstrate an unparalleled dedication to quality and customer satisfaction above and beyond the normal practice of uncertified organisations.
