US FBO chain Atlantic Aviation has acquired Lynx FBO Network, expanding its extensive US network to include an FBO at Morristown Municipal airport in New Jersey, where it joins Signature Flight Support as one of two FBOs.

Atlantic also acquires eight other Lynx FBO network locations, including Destin and Fort Lauderdale Executive in Florida, Little Rock in Arkansas, Minneapolis in Minnesota, Napa Valley in California, Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, Portland in Oregon and Providence in Rhode Island.

The company has also agreed to combine FBO networks with Ross Aviation, an arrangement that is due to complete later this year.
