International flight support service provider Prime Trip Support has opened an Americas headquarters in Houston, Texas. The US HQ will be responsible for providing service to clients based in the Americas, and is a second location for the growing trip support company whose global headquarters is in Dubai, UAE.

“We are excited to take the next steps in the progression of our company,” says founder and CEO Ammar Alhussari. “And the opening of our Americas headquarters in Houston brings us even closer to our client base. Houston is the ideal location due to its centralised location within the US and its deep history of aviation.”

The Americas headquarters is staffed 24/7 by a team that boasts more than 400 years of combined aviation experience and speaks more than 10 languages. It will provide a number of trip support and aviation logistics services including ground handling, flight supervision, flight planning, fuel, permits, regulatory assistance, hotels, transportation and risk mitigation.

“Our clients have become accustomed to exemplary trip support, and we need to make sure we are constantly raising the bar in terms of speed, accuracy and customer experience,” says COO Ryan Frankhouser. “The Americas headquarters is paramount to providing local, white-glove support to our clients who desire a return to a higher level of dedication and support.”

The company plans on expanding with more headquarters and regional offices in the near future.
