DC management team receives a double boost
Stephen McAteer has 12 years' experience at director and post holder level and currently is in his third corporate jet VIP operator post, while Christopher Rosewarne has been involved with aviation for four decades.

DC Aviation Al-Futtaim has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Stephen McAteer as director of maintenance and post holder, CAMO and Christopher Rosewarne as head of maintenance and post holder, CAR 145.

McAteer brings with him over 30 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and CAMO including military, regional airline and for the past 12 years corporate jet operations. He has 12 years' experience at director and post holder level and currently is in his third corporate jet VIP operator post. He brings with him a diversified skillset with safety, compliance, efficiency, transparency and attention to detail to ensure business and customer satisfaction at all times.

Rosewarne has nearly 40 years' experience in aircraft maintenance and CAMO including military, commercial and corporate jet operations. Prior to joining DCAF, he has been involved in a number of different roles with Execujet Middle East. His role at DCAF will be to focus on enhancing customer relationships, providing excellent service levels and adding value to customers.

MD Holger Ostheimer says: “We are delighted to welcome Stephen and Christopher to the company. They bring with them an immense wealth of industry knowledge, experience and management experience. They share the core values of DCAF; passion for quality and customer service excellence. These new appointments will benefit our customers and further strengthen our business jet maintenance services.

“With the new team at the helm, we are full throttle with our expansion plans for our maintenance division and will be making significant investments to expand our maintenance capabilities,” he adds. “During the Dubai Airshow we welcomed many delegations to our facility who were interested in our services and offerings, especially maintenance, and we are confident with the planned investments and our new team we will be able to deliver and exceed our customers' expectations.”

DCAF over the next six months will increase its maintenance offerings to customers with 30-month inspections on the Global Express and 24-month inspections on Challenger 604, 605 and 650 aircraft types. Currently, the company supports the Dassault Falcon 7X, Falcon 900EX EASy and offers ad hoc support for the A320.
