Wyvern launches WingmanPRO aviation safety certification
Wyvern's WingmanPRO validates organisational safety culture by utilising safety culture evaluation tools recognised by safety experts and regulatory bodies worldwide.
Sonnie Bates, Wyvern CEO.

Wyvern has established the WingmanPRO certification as its highest aviation safety standard.

Building on its flagship Wingman programme, Wyvern launched the Flight Leader programme in 2018, incorporating continual monitoring versus the traditional biennial audit. The Flight Leader programme includes a constant review of the operator's safety performance and operational practices to ensure they align with industry best practices and international standards.

Wyvern's WingmanPRO validates organisational safety culture by utilising safety evaluation tools recognised by experts and regulatory bodies worldwide. The certification is available for all operators in its Flight Leader programme and legacy Wingman audit programme.

“We partner with top professional operators by building healthy and critical yet constructive relationships with each of them. As a result, we evaluate their safety culture holistically and monitor their performance to ensure their SMS and culture do not drift away from excellence,” says Sonnie Bates, Wyvern CEO. “The WingmanPRO designation recognises Wingman operators with Wyvern validated healthy safety cultures, using the most sophisticated tools in the industry.”

Wyvern has announced Crew Aviation, Omni Air Transport, Planet Nine Private Air and Sun Air Jets as the initial WingmanPRO operators.
