Magellan pitches latest jet card at small jet users
Magellan's Light Access Card allows customers to experience jet ownership in a cost efficient way. It provides access to its light cabin jets from its preferred network in 25 hour increments.

Magellan is expanding its lineup of customisable jet cards with a new, entry level option tailored to the rising demand for access to small business jets.

The Light Access Card is a gateway to experiencing jet card ownership and a cost efficient way to enjoy the level of access, convenience and flexibility its jet card programmes provide. Guests will pre-purchase flight time in 25 hour increments and choose additional add-ons. But rather than choose a specific aircraft model, Light Access Card owners will fly on a wide range of light-cabin jets sourced from the Magellan Jets Preferred Network.

“We have seen a significant influx of new private flyers enter the market over the last 18 months, many of whom are travelling with two to four passengers on flights under three hours,” says Magellan Jets president Anthony Tivnan. “As we learned more about this new segment, we wanted to provide a lower cost jet card solution that affords the convenience of pre-purchasing jet hours at an economical, entry level starting point.”

With Magellan's online Build-A-Card tool, guests are able to create and customise their own jet card programme to fit their private aviation needs.
