Montreal, Canada-headquartered maintenance tracking and data analytics provider Traxxall has added Ralph Henschen to its team as regional sales director for Europe. Henschen's territory covers a large area from Germany to Russia and Scandinavia to Turkey.

Reporting to the president, his mandate is to work with aircraft operators within his territory to increase their operational efficiencies and help them build better businesses.

Prior to joining Traxxall, Henschen was senior sales manager EMEA at RocketRoute, a provider of flight planning services. During this period, he contributed significantly to the company's growth by signing its largest clients. He is also a licensed airline transport pilot (ATP) on Airbus 330 and 340 aircraft. He continues to serve as a flight instructor for Airbus. Earlier in his career, Henschen was group general manager at King Airlines, and associate VP at Arik Air. He lives in Spain and speaks fluent English, German and Spanish. He is also a certified IATA auditor.

“We would like to welcome Ralph Henschen to the Traxxall team,” says company president Mark Steinbeck. “As we continue to expand internationally, we are strengthening our sales presence to better serve our clients in Europe. Ralph has considerable experience across the region and appreciates how larger fleet operators aspire to improve their businesses. In addition, his experience as a commercial pilot gives him an exceptional perspective on the industry and how clients increasingly expect to derive intelligence from analytics to enhance their operations. His combination of experience and skillset make him an ideal addition to our team. We look forward to working with aircraft operators across the region and helping them build better businesses.”
