Bongiovi no speaker system ready for Latitude and Longitude
The Bongiovi Aviation audio system enables the aircraft's interior panels to become the speakers by placing the transducers to the backside of the panels, reducing weight by eliminating speakers and subwoofers.
Read this story in our May 2021 printed issue.

Bongiovi Aviation, a provider of digital audio technology for the aerospace industry based in St Lucie, Florida, has had its speaker-less audio and public address (PA) systems for the Cessna Citation Latitude midsize jet and Cessna Citation Longitude super midsize jet certified. The products are available as a standard option on both aircraft.

The Bongiovi Aviation speaker-less audio solution transforms traditional cabin audio into an immersive sound experience. Patented digital power station sound processing, which remasters audio in real time, and Bongiovi's patented transducer system deliver recording studio quality sound, even in high noise environments.

The Bongiovi Aviation audio system is unique in that the aircraft's interior panels become the speakers by placing the transducers to the backside of the panels, giving the cabin a sleek, more sophisticated look and sound, while also reducing weight by eliminating speakers and subwoofers.

The Bongiovi system is an independent transducer-based system that employs DPS technology's superior voice intelligibility capabilities. This system has never before been used in an aircraft PA system. Voice communication from the cockpit throughout the cabin can be clearly and precisely heard regardless of the noise threshold.
