Five Rivers moves upstream with Avfuel
As an Avfuel-branded location, Five Rivers provides customers with rewards through AVTRIP and competitive prices with Avfuel Contract Fuel. In addition to contract fuel, customers will benefit from using the Pro Card.
Livermore is seen as a good alternative to San Francisco Bay.

Avfuel has added Five Rivers Aviation at Livermore airport in California to its branded FBO network, connecting flight department customers with an additional choice for aviation services on the US west coast.

As the lone FBO at Livermore, Five Rivers serves as an alternative to San Francisco Bay area airports with uncongested airspace for wide-open precision approaches and speedy clearances for quick departures. Situated outside the region’s fog belt, aviators utilising Five Rivers Aviation benefit from Visual Meteorological Conditions when the rest of the Bay area is overcast. Furthermore, airport management grants waivers for aircraft up to 130,000 lbs for added convenience.

The FBO is constructing facilities suitable for a variety of aircraft, including Global Express and G650 sized jets. As a full-service operation, the Five Rivers Aviation team is on standby to provide comprehensive line service, transient hangar space, AOG maintenance, cargo operations, fuel, catering, planeside car rental services, secure parking, private boarding, hotel services, crew cars, limousines, hotel shuttles, conference and large meeting rooms, flight planning, a pilot lounge, showers, a quiet room, a theatre room, complimentary golf clubs, concierge services and a luxurious main lobby.

In addition to Bay area business, this FBO lands guests in close proximity to popular local attractions, including Levi's Stadium, Oakland Coliseum, Oracle Arena, Silicon Valley, San Francisco and East Bay, Livermore Premium Outlets next to the airport, more than 65 local wineries and scenic golf courses.

As an Avfuel-branded location, Five Rivers provides customers with rewards through AVTRIP and competitive prices with Avfuel Contract Fuel. In addition to contract fuel, customers will benefit from transaction ease when using the Avfuel Pro Card at the FBO with the ability to put everything, including fuel and non-fuel items with or without a fuel purchase, on one transaction, avoiding processing fees.

“I’ve always been impressed with the Avfuel family, and I’m thrilled to be working with a team committed to growing and developing our FBO. I tell them about the things that keep me up at night, and Avfuel creates solutions,” says Pete Sandhu, owner of Five Rivers Aviation. “Most providers will tell you that no one can move tails to your FBO. Avfuel has already proven that they can and will move tails.”

“We’re always searching for new partnerships that offer flight departments quality fuelling options,” adds Mark Haynes, VP of sales for Avfuel. “We are pleased to welcome Five Rivers Aviation to the Avfuel-Branded FBO network and are confident that our mutual customers will only receive the best of care from its team. We are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead through this partnership and look forward to supporting Five Rivers Aviation with proven solutions, from fuelling to card processing and everywhere in between.”
