US MRO specialist West Star Aviation has installed a Bongiovi audio system in a Hawker 900XP at its Grand Junction facility in Colorado. The Bongiovi Aviation audio system is unique in the aspect that the aircraft's interior panels serve as speakers by placing the transducers to the backside of the panels, giving the cabin a sleek, more sophisticated look and sound, while also reducing weight by eliminating speakers and subwoofers.

“The dynamic range and frequency spectrum coverage is phenomenal throughout the aircraft,” says Walt Marcy, avionics technical sales manager.

“The immersive sound is unique in the way that the sound is distributed evenly throughout the cabin,” adds Rob Hamelink, Bongiovi Aviation.
