Calgary base to drive growth for ASQS
Ranked among the top business locations in the world, Canada offers advantages such as a prosperous and strong economy and a wealthy, technology-driven society. ASQS is keen to make the most of the market.
Günther Schindl views Canada as an important aviation hub.

ASQS (Advanced Safety and Quality Solutions) is opening a new office in Calgary, Canada. The move is designed to accelerate growth and strengthen the company's customer support and partnerships in North and Latin America.

In addition to its corporate headquarters in Vienna, Austria, and subsidiary in Thailand, the Canada office will enable the company to continue the expansion of its global network and significantly improve customer support services for partners and clients in North and Latin America. Calgary will open by the end of 2020 and will be represented by senior customer support agent Christine Schramm, who will be in charge of building up an IQSMS customer support team on site.

“I really look forward to this new chapter and I am very excited about the opportunity to represent ASQS and our product IQSMS overseas,” says Schramm.

“The decision to enter the North American market was a logical step in our corporate growth strategy,” adds Günther Schindl, co-founder and CEO of ASQS. “We are committed to a closer relationship with our customers in North and Latin America and to provide prompt support and sales services. The Calgary office will enable us to deliver almost 24 hours continuous client support from Monday to Friday.”

Ranked among the top business locations in the world, Canada offers advantages such as a prosperous and strong economy and a wealthy, technology-driven society. Agreements such as the US-Canada Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) create a competitive and international market, while low inflation and steady economic growth generate an attractive business environment.

“Calgary is a great addition to our presence in Vienna and Bangkok. It is considered the fifth most liveable city in the world and even more important to us, it is truly an aviation hub. The city is home to one of Canada's biggest airports and several major operators, and has evolved into a centre of innovation in the global aerospace industry. That's why Calgary is the perfect place for us to expand our service network. We are really thrilled to bring our ideas and innovative IQSMS software to North America in order to enable future clients to reduce their operational risks and strengthen their safety compliance,” Schindl concludes.
