Kai Seymour has joined Sheltair. As the grandson of Jerry Holland, Sheltair's chairman, CEO, owner and founder, and son of Lisa Holland, president, and Frank Seymour, senior VP, Seymour's appointment adds a new generation to the family-owned business.

Under the direction of COO Todd Anderson, Seymour will be starting as a management trainee, rotating among every department in Sheltair to learn all facets of the business and the industry it supports. He is expected to contribute to the company's strategic planning efforts and help evaluate its departments' development and performance, concentrating on Sheltair's real estate portfolio.

“To have Kai join the business my father built from the ground up fills me with pride,” says Lisa, “It is a testament to our focus on delivering a customer experience based on family values that is now three generations strong.”
