Appleton can't wait to get his teeth into Sheltair ops
Chris Appleton comes to Sheltair from Embraer Aircraft Holding, where he enjoyed a successful 23-year tenure in multiple senior-level leadership roles. He has an extensive background in aviation and finance.
Appleton looks forward to a fruitful time at Sheltair.

Lisa Holland, president of Sheltair, has announced that Chris Appleton has joined Sheltair as vice president, business operations strategy.

His functions will include providing  the company's executive management team with financial reporting and analysis required for effective strategic decision making. He will also manage all short and long-term financial planning, budgeting and forecasting functions to ensure the company sustains its positive business direction. Appleton will also lead the management of long-term relationships with Sheltair's lending partners.

Holland states: “In addition to his extraordinary reputation within our industry, Chris shares Sheltair's core values of customer service and professional excellence. Those qualities will help fulfil the long-term goals set by our founder, Jerry Holland, while helping me carry out our shared business vision for tomorrow.”

Chris comes to Sheltair from Embraer Aircraft Holding, where he enjoyed a successful 23-year tenure serving in multiple senior-level leadership roles. He has an extensive background in aviation and his proven financial management experience brings further depth to the Sheltair leadership team.

Appleton adds: “I am delighted to join a company that reflects the values of a family-run business where integrity, professionalism, respect and teamwork drive the mission.” 

Appleton will be based at Sheltair's corporate office in Fort Lauderdale.
