Millennium enhances online quotes and support
Millennium International's quick and reliable 24/7 AOG repair, sales and exchange online support has evolved to fit its customers' expanding needs for on-demand information and inquiries.

Missouri-based FAA and EASA approved Part 145 Repair Station Millennium International has enhanced its website to provide customers with an advanced inquiry and quote response system for avionic parts, support service and capabilities. The enhancements come as part of a larger company-wide effort that focuses on customer service, responsiveness and accessibility.

The new quote platform simplifies the overall process of requests and provides a detailed customer quote within a 24 hour timeframe. Additional features include an instant online chat option to speak directly with the sales team, as well as a quick reference guide on the home page to showcase new capabilities and services offered in the coming year.

“We believe these added features will provide our customers with an expedited level of service from our sales team,” says president Claude Peoples. “It is our goal to ensure our customers have all the information they need in an expedited timeframe, allowing for the most informed decisions to be made.”
