Millennium names director of business development
As the new business development director for Millennium International Avionics, Todd Slater will develop sales and service channels for its aviation divisions.

Missouri-based Millennium International Avionics has appointed Todd Slater as the new business development director. In this position Slater will be responsible for developing sales and service channels for the company's commercial air transport and corporate aviation divisions, along with third-party support.

“Todd brings a solid background of aviation experience to our long-standing legacy in the aviation community,” says vice president Claude T Peoples. “Through the years of working with Absolute and now Wencor as vendors, we have built a strong relationship and look forward to continuing that relationship with Todd as part of our team.”

Slater started his career with Absolute Aviation, now Wencor, as a bench technician and has held multiple technical and leadership roles. Most recently he served as the director of pricing and in the sales division for Wencor Group MROs. He has a BSc from ITT Technical Institute in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

“I'm excited to start this new journey with Millennium and offer my expertise to expand on the growth of the company, along with continuing our valued relationship,” adds Slater.

Millennium International is an FAA and EASA approved Part 145 Repair Station specialising in the repair and support of new generation and legacy avionics systems, components and the engineering support for legacy LCD displays as well as other avionics services. The company provides a wide range of services on glass cockpit (LCD & CRT) displays, TCAS, WX radar, Nav/Comm and more. Applicable markets include corporate operators, fleet operators, Part-135 charter operators, avionics brokers, military, OEMs, rotor-wing and commercial air transport segments.
