Senior manager joins Traxxall team
Traxxall customers should see service improvements following the appointment of a vice president, customer success. Roy Gioconda is tasked with ensuring the system delivers maximum value.

Canada-headquartered aircraft maintenance tracking company Traxxall has appointed Roy Gioconda as vice president, customer success.

As an industry veteran and leader with an exceptional knowledge of maintenance tracking, Gioconda's mandate is to ensure that Traxxall customers derive maximum value from its system and service. His ultimate objective is to guarantee that Traxxall delivers a flawless customer experience and that existing customers recommend it to fellow aircraft operators.

“We are very pleased to welcome Roy to the Traxxall team,” says president Mark Steinbeck. “Few people in our industry have Roy's experience in maintenance tracking and expertise in quality assurance, customer support and product development. Furthermore, having served as a director of maintenance on more than one occasion, Roy has exceptional insight into the challenges faced by our customers on a daily basis.”

He continues: “As we continue to grow our share of the market, customer satisfaction is more important than ever. With Roy in this new role, we are confident that our customers' needs and preferences will be understood clearly and acted upon efficiently.”

Prior to joining Traxxall, Gioconda served as director of service quality assurance at CAMP Systems. In total, he spent approximately nine years there in several senior customer support and field service roles. He also acted as director of maintenance at Guardian Jet and Jet Logistics, and director of quality at FlightWorks. He began his career at American Airlines where he worked for almost 20 years, holding multiple aircraft maintenance and quality positions. Gioconda earned his FAA A&P and Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1982.

Traxxall is an intuitive and customisable aircraft maintenance tracking and inventory management system. It reduces aircraft downtimes, increases operational efficiencies and protects aircraft resale values. It was designed and built by a team of aviation maintenance experts and is supported by maintenance analysts. The company has offices in Jacksonville, Florida; Denver, Colorado; London, UK; and Marseille, France.
