Air Elite network expands to 73 locations
Two new Air Elite FBO locations have been signed up in the Las Vegas area. Both are just minutes away from the world famous Strip, and will provide tourists with an executive alternative to McCarran International.
Henderson Executive airport, along with North Las Vegas airport, has joined the Air Elite network.

Air Elite has launched two new locations at North Las Vegas and Henderson Executive Airports. North Las Vegas Airport, operated by the Clark County Department of Aviation, recently completed $2 million in renovations to its 15,600 sq ft terminal, modernising its look and feel. The terminal now features updates to the customer lobby, crew lounge, meeting spaces and rental car facilities. The services and amenities include a restaurant, maintenance and avionics services, and heated hangars with large square footage. There are two meeting rooms, one with a 20-person capacity, and another with a 65-person capacity, to accommodate any flight crew size.

Clark County also invested $30 million in Henderson Executive Airport, to create a premier business aviation centre for those visiting Henderson and the Las Vegas Valley. The airport offers full-service fuelling, planeside limousine services, an onsite bar and restaurant, sleeping quarters and a Part 145 repair station including full-service turbine and rotorcraft maintenance.

Both Las Vegas-area locations train their line service teams in accordance with the NATA Safety First programme, and are just minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip, making either airport a convenient and economical alternative to busy McCarran International.

Ben Czyzewski, assistant director, general aviation, representing both locations says: “Henderson Executive and North Las Vegas Airports are proud to be the newest members of the Air Elite Network. In addition to our commitment to delivering a safe and exceptional customer experience, the Clark County Department of Aviation has collectively invested more than $70 million into these airports to ensure pilots and passengers are welcomed by upscale facilities and amenities. We find great value in being able to bring the Air Elite brand to the Las Vegas area, and we look forward to evolving through our participation within Air Elite, as well as networking with all the members from prestigious FBOs around the globe.”

World Fuel Services SVP, business aviation bulk fuel sales Steve Drzymalla adds: “In today's competitive business and general aviation market, we recognise the value of assuring operators and their passengers confidence when visiting an Air Elite FBO. We firmly vet each location prior to granting them approval to join the network. North Las Vegas and Henderson Executive Airports' commitment to their customers and dedication to elevated service, as well as their upscale facilities, make it apparent that these locations are perfectly aligned with the Air Elite promise and will make excellent additions to the network.”

The Air Elite Network, established in 2011, has grown steadily from 12 founding members to 73 locations worldwide. Each FBO member must meet a number of airport, facility and service quality standards to qualify for membership. Members of the Air Elite Network offer elevated service training as there are stringent audit requirements to maintain membership.
