TAG Aviation launches charter app
My TAG is an easy-to-use smartphone application from TAG Aviation giving users on-the-go access to charter requests and flight details. Personalised and dedicated travel is its sole raison d'être.
TAG Aviation Europe vice president sales and marketing Florent Sériès.

TAG Aviation has introduced its My TAG charter booking app, available on smartphone, which streamlines two-way communication between client and charter team. Not only can customers request charter flights but they can receive accurate tailored quotations 24/7; compare quotes, select and validate a chosen flight; access personal information and private documents; and share the tracking of a journey with their family, the PA or the chauffeur. Payments can be made online via credit card, ahead of the flight, and there is a map tracking facility to assist in the journey to the departure terminal.

“We were looking to enhance the charter experience for TAG customers,” says TAG Aviation Europe vice president sales and marketing Florent Sériès. “It was a natural transition of our business model to go mobile, as more and more travellers are transacting business from their phones.”

The customer-centric, tailored and time-saving app delivers a convenient charter booking platform, says TAG, affording customers greater flexibility and peace of mind. It also allows customers to share details and tracking of every flight with loved ones and work colleagues without ever needing to make a phone call.
