Certified CAMO organisation Augsburg Air Service, an independent subsidiary of Atlas Air Service, has brokered an Embraer Phenom 300 to an entrepreneur from Berlin in Germany. Following a successful pre-buy inspection by an in-house inspector, the aircraft was transferred to Augsburg.

At the request of the customer, the Phenom and its systems received an extensive update to modern standards, including the installation of ADS-B and a reactive wind shear detection system. The service also included the installation of the latest service bulletins.

Furthermore, Augsburg handled the complete certification of the jet in the German aircraft registry. The new owner will continue to benefit from the CAMO company's customer service in the future as the maintenance, servicing and entire airworthiness management will be in its hands.

Atlas Air Service is based in Ganderkesee, Germany and Augsburg Air Service has been located at Augsburg airport in greater Munich for more than 40 years. It holds approvals for the maintenance of Embraer Executive Jets, Cessna Citation Jets and Beechcraft and Hawker aircraft, and employs around 85 staff.
