Geneva Airpark receives IS-BAH certification
IS-BAH standards for ground handling are based on compliance with good practices. Geneva Airpark becomes the ninth Swiss FBO to achieve Level I recognition.
Geneva Airpark enjoys a convenient position close to the business aviation terminal and maintenance centres.

Geneva Airpark has obtained the International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) label which guarantees quality service and safe ground handling operations for business aviation. As such it now figures among the 150 FBOs worldwide to have received this certification since its creation in 2014. With nine certified companies each, Switzerland and the United Kingdom jointly hold third position in the IS-BAH rankings.

By meeting IS-BAH compliance criteria the company has proved the maturity of its safety management system and the quality of its services. “To our mind, the level of safety does not depend on the size of a company, and there must be no compromise in terms of the expectations of our clients and our partners,” says general manager Sophie Mabire. “The safety culture within Geneva Airpark, which exists in jobs and responsibilities at all levels, guarantees rigour and professionalism.”

Founded in 2009, Geneva Airpark offers a premium parking service for all types of business aircraft at Geneva International airport. Its 10,000 sqm covered hangar occupies a privileged position close to business aviation terminal C3, its agents and its maintenance centres. Aircraft can land and take off quickly and autonomously thanks to its tarmac and its private departure and arrival positions.
